Intrepid Global Solutions (Intrepid) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Program Manager to join our National Security, Engineering, and Technology Solutions (NSETS) business unit. This position will serve as a key member of the National Security leadership team and will be responsible for the expansion of Intrepid’s core capabilities across the National Security market including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, and Department of Justice.

The Program Manager must be able to drive strategic growth in Mission IT, Engineering & Integration, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Facilities Services as it aligns with Intrepid’s and the Customer’s strategic direction. The successful individual must initiate and participate in account strategy development, assist with business development and capture activities, and create an environment conducive to staff development and professional growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Drive strategic growth within Department of Homeland Security in Mission IT, Engineering & Integration, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Facilities Services scoped programs.
• Initiate and participate in company account strategy development.
• Build and cultivate industry and customer relationships.
• Assist in identifying, qualifying, developing, tracking, and successfully executing a pipeline of opportunities to support our growth objectives across the National Security market with emphasis on DHS, State, and Justice.
• Develop content, such as presentations, tailored to various audiences, including customer executives and staff.
• Organize and facilitate knowledge-sharing events, such as seminars, webinars, and conferences, ensuring alignment with DHS, State, and Justice objectives.
• Assist with business development and capture activities to win new business.
• Assist with responding to RFIs and Market Surveys.
• Assist with proposal activities to win new business.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape and existing contracts across DHS, State, and Justice.
• Experience working in National Security market-based programs
• Working knowledge missions, cultures, organizational components, leadership, major programs, challenges and buying trends across the National Security market.
• Successful experience identifying, qualifying, and winning small to large captures
• Established relationships with Industry partners supporting the IC

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PMP certification
• Experience leading large National Security programs
• Experience introducing innovation to solve customer challenges related to IT and Engineering & Integration programs
