Program Manager Hourly Rate: $80.00

Position Summary: The Program Manager will oversee and manage key strategic programs, ensuring they align with organizational objectives. This position involves end-to-end program management, including planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation, while driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Drive organizational transformations using Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking methodologies.

Lead working groups to gather business requirements and create innovative solutions.

Track program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Prepare and deliver progress updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure program goals are achieved.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
