As a Program Manager at Oteemo, you will lead and drive the execution of agile initiatives that transform organizations from within. Your role will involve working closely with senior leadership to define key goals, establish clear objectives, and design a phased implementation plan that delivers tangible results. You will serve as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business needs and technological innovation. With a focus on continuous improvement, your efforts will set the foundation for long-term, sustainable success in agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define program goals, expected outcomes, and phased implementation strategies that align business and technology objectives.
Agile Transformation: Champion Oteemo’s Lean Enterprise Agile approach, ensuring agile principles are embedded across all levels of the program and organization. Drive the adoption and evolution of agile practices to ensure flexibility and responsiveness to change.
Program Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple programs, ensuring alignment with defined goals and timelines. Drive consistent communication and transparency with stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Implement processes that foster ongoing improvements in both the program and the team. Focus on iterative progress, risk management, and delivering value consistently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, technology, and product teams to maintain alignment, address challenges, and adjust course as needed to meet program objectives.
Change Management: Lead and guide teams through the complexities of agile transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption while delivering measurable value.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of overseeing complex, cross-functional programs.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide direction and mentorship to teams.
Excellent ability to establish governance structures and manage programs from initiation through to completion.
Deep expertise in program management methodologies and best practices.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience in engaging and influencing senior leadership.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Ability to drive strategic alignment and business results while managing competing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks and issues effectively.
