    Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op is currently seeking a Program Manager to join the Habit Operations Team in Irvine, California.

    POSITION OVERVIEW
    This position is part of the team that supports the supply chain for The Habit Burger & Grill; 390+ restaurants in the US.

    This position is responsible for:
    • Testing of new product and core menu upgrades
    • Initiatives related Restaurant Margin Improvement (RMI)
    • Specification optimization testing and implementation.
    • Initiatives related to restaurant development, equipment assets and smallwares.

    This is a hybrid role; on site 2-3 days/week at the Taco Bell Headquarters in Irvine, CA.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Project Management
    • Effectively manage and drive initiatives as a supply chain function. Collaborate with cross functional
    partners, suppliers, and distributors to drive projects from test kitchen concept to commercialization in
    preparation for national launch.
    • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to identify, quantify, and document the supply chain demands.
    • Collaborate with cross functional partners within RSCS and the brand to develop supply strategies that enable
    maximum flexibility with minimize financial risk. This includes planning contingencies, capacity assurance, and
    ingredient procurement timelines.
    • Ensure key learnings and best practices are captured to support future strategic planning and continuous
    improvement.
    • Create Authorizations for Inventory Procurement, Program Notifications, and other program related
    documentation.

    Cost Savings (RMI)
    • Deliver margin improvement value to the Habit Burger Grill with the development and execution of cost saving
    strategies while maintaining and / or improving quality, customer and team member experience, food safety, and
    mitigating risk of obsolescence.
    • Ensure Key learnings and best practices are captured to support future strategic planning and continuous
    improvement to create and maintain a multi-year roadmap in coordination with leadership.
    • Drive monthly alignment between RSCS and brand in support of financial reporting and analysis.
    • Communicate and present ongoing updates to partners within RSCS, brand, and leadership in a timely fashion.

    Development, Equipment and Assets
    • Partner with Habit brand asset and operations departments to align on new designs, specifications, processes
    and /or strategies.
    • Manage and oversee development pipeline and equipment base business needs to ensure supply continuity.
    • Drive actions in reducing costs and lead times in support of RMI opportunities.
    • Ensure connectivity and drive alignment internally serving as a single point of contact for both internal and
    external partners.

    Additional Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain key relationships with all partners both internal and external including brand, supplier,
    and distribution partners.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years business experience in one of the following areas: Demand Planning, Project Management,
    Program Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Procurement.
    • Prefer experience with food/packaging supply chain planning, or project management in the
    restaurant/foodservice, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, business, or related field.
    • Prefer MBA, master’s in supply chain management.
    • Required technical experience: Advanced Excel
    • Prefer APICS CPIM certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, and/or ISM CPSM certification.
