Job Description
The Program Manager will manage Corporate Real Estate (CRE) programs of solar design and construction projects from inception through occupancy to ensure adherence to industry best practices, company governance and processes. Projects to be delivered on time and schedule, in alignment to the Design Guidelines.
Program Management
Pre-planning
Design Management
* Engage and manage internal workstream partners (security, FM, IT, corporate real estate operations) to develop the scope and design of the project.
Procurement
* With assistance from the Corporate Project Controls team, assemble and execute the tendering process for the professional team (Architect, Engineers, Project and Cost Manager).
Contracting
* With assistance from the Corporate Project Controls team and leveraging the local project and cost management execution teams; draft master and project-based. agreements based on the contract library templates.
Project Accounting
* Administer the purchase order issuance, tracking and invoicing for all project-based vendors.
Cost Reporting
* Using the Corporate cost report template, plan, manage and report all project costs monthly –leveraging the local cost management team engaged for each project.
Project Execution
* Lead all project planning and team assembly (internal and professional).
Continuous Improvements
* Contribute to CRE Project Management Playbook.

The salary range for this full-time role is $110K-$135K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
