Program Manager – Tax Provisioning, Transfer Pricing, and Pillar 2 – Presales & Enablement
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager focused on presales, scoping, and enabling successful delivery of Tax Provisioning, Transfer Pricing, and Pillar 2 solutions. This role will be key in ensuring that our implementation methodologies are clearly understood and effectively communicated to internal resources, customers, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in presales activities, defining project scope, and providing guidance on implementation best practices. You will ensure that all stakeholders are fully equipped to understand and adopt the necessary methodologies for successful solution implementation.
As a Program Manager in this capacity, you will support the sales process, work closely with cross-functional teams to define the scope of projects, and provide training and enablement to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives. You will be the trusted advisor for internal teams, and customers alike, enabling them to adapt complex tax processes to the Longview solutions, particularly around Tax Provisioning, Transfer Pricing, and Pillar 2.
Responsibilities:

Lead the presales process by providing subject matter expertise on Tax Provisioning, Transfer Pricing, and Pillar 2 solutions, collaborating with the sales team to define project scope and deliverables.

Develop and present tailored scoping and implementation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
•
Support customer-facing teams by defining implementation methodologies, best practices, and strategies that ensure successful solution deployment.
•
Provide consultative advice on project scoping, resource planning, and implementation practices, leveraging deep knowledge of tax processes and cloud technology.
•
Ensure enablement of internal teams, customers, and partners by designing training on implementation methodologies, best practices, and platform usage.
•
Develop detailed enablement resources, including guides, training modules, and best practice documentation, to ensure that all stakeholders understand the implementation approach.
•
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design implementation plans that align with the customer’s business needs, ensuring clear, consistent communication of key project milestones and deliverables.
•
Serve as a mentor and coach, ensuring that the project teams, partners, and customers are equipped to successfully deliver the solution through comprehensive enablement and training programs.
•
Track presales activities and scoping results, providing reports and insights to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
•
Act as a thought leader in Tax Provisioning, Transfer Pricing, and Pillar 2 domains, staying up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
•
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, reviewing and refining the implementation methodology to ensure it remains effective and scalable.
Qualifications:
•
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on presales, scoping, and enablement in the context of Tax Provisioning, Transfer Pricing, and Pillar 2 solutions.
•
Extensive experience with presales activities, including customer engagement, solution scoping, and designing implementation roadmaps.
•
Strong background in accounting, tax processes, and financial systems, with an ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable, actionable implementation strategies.
•
Proven expertise in designing and delivering enablement programs that educate customers, internal teams, and partners on implementation best practices and methodologies.
•
Experience working with cloud-based tax technology solutions and understanding the integration of data management, cloud data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
•
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
•
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams, customers, and partners in adopting and applying implementation methodologies.
•
Proven ability to track and report on project progress, adjusting scoping and delivery as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
•
Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, computer science, engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
•
Experience in designing and leading training programs for tax technology solutions, with a focus on process transformation and regulatory compliance.
•
Familiarity with Pillar 2 tax compliance, transfer pricing regulations, and the latest tax technology solutions.
•
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an emphasis on presales support and customer enablement.
•
Ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and partners, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
