    Program Manager Union Solutions Minneapolis, MN, US Description Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Manager: Are you an experienced Program Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a critical enterprise-level initiative? We are seeking a qualified and experienced ERP Program Manager to lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and oversee a critical transition of its core enterprise systems. This is an exciting opportunity as you will be leading the transition from PeopleSoft and other related third-party systems to Workday and Sherpa. The ERP Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management and oversight of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Implementation. This includes leading the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring the program stays on track, within budget, and meets the objectives for a smooth and successful implementation of Workday and Sherpa. The Program Manager will work closely with various departments, stakeholders, and potentially other involved parties. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the overall ERP Program and the Program Management Office (PMO). • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets. • Oversee and coordinate the activities of project teams and potentially sub-consultants. • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders, including IT, Human Resources, Finance, and other departments. • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues. • Monitor program progress and report status to leadership. • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. • Manage the scope of the program and ensure deliverables are met. • Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts. • Oversee the development and implementation of change management strategies. • Ensure the quality and completeness of program deliverables. • Manage vendor relationships as needed. • Provide leadership and guidance to the program team. Qualifications: Mandatory: • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation programs. • Proven ability to lead and manage a Program Management Office (PMO). • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile). • Experience in developing and managing program plans, timelines, and budgets. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to effectively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues. • Experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Experience in managing vendor relationships. • Must be able to work on-site in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Preferred: • Experience with Workday and/or Sherpa implementations. • Experience in public sector or government ERP implementations. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. • Experience with change management principles and practices. • Familiarity with Minneapolis' Small & Underutilized Business Program. Compensation: $50 - $70 hourly
