Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman (Air Vehicle)

We are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-261 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will be a member of the Air Vehicle IPT.
Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:
· A self-starter who can assist with running budget and financial reports from the NAVAIR Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).
· Experience with Program Management Tool (PMT) and Acquisition Document support (Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs))
· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Required Experience: **** Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience: Journeyman – At least 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.
Required Education: Journeyman – BA/BS degree.
Allowable Substitutions: The following substitutions are permitted for this task order:
· Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
OR
· Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
