    Butterfly is seeking a dynamic Project Manager who brings solid experience in project and construction management, specifically on mid-scale federal construction projects. This pivotal role will drive the leadership and coordination of multiple ongoing projects that require the expertise of diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.     Key Responsibilities:

    Spearhead the management of several concurrent projects, ensuring that all customer requirements and revenue targets are achieved.

    • Direct and mentor teams across engineering, estimation, procurement, and construction to foster project success and continuous process improvements.
    • Develop and review work forecasts and contribute to designing effective supply chain and execution strategies.
    • Monitor project progress against budgets and timelines, and craft recovery plans when delays or unexpected challenges arise.
    • Identify issues within design, engineering, and project fulfillment, escalating them appropriately while offering robust problem-solving tactics.
    • Establish the necessary engineering documentation and maintain clear, concise communication with both customers and senior management.
    • Develop and support training processes for construction personnel.
    • Provide timely, accurate status updates to management regarding project progress, change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
    • Manage bulk orders for equipment and materials from suppliers
    • Act as a liaison between customers and on-site teams, ensuring seamless project initiation and execution.
    • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of deliveries and subcontractor activities.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • A high sense of urgency and commitment to quality and precision.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in construction management, specifically with federal projects.
    • Demonstrated background in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
    • Ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance.
    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a self-directed approach to problem-solving.

    Certifications: One or more of the following preferred

    • Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
