Abacus Solutions Group is currently looking for a Program Specialist for our client based in New Castle, Delaware.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting planned and ad-hoc program integrity reviews of all awarded providers and projects to ensure appropriate implementation, adherence to grant requirements.
• Troubleshooting and supporting projects/partners on barriers and ensuring the integrity of the grant funded projects.
• Assessing performance based on executed agreements and grant requirements.
• Reviewing programmatic data outcomes and determining progress or shortfalls.
• Identifying technical assistance needed to support effective implementation.
• Conducting desk reviews of submitted data - for accuracy and timeliness.
• Virtual and in-person site visits to programs across the state.
• Assist with sub-grantee and grant fiscal tracking/analysis for the assigned projects.
• Coordinate with fiscal, grant management and programmatic staff.
• Complete other grant-related duties as assigned.
• Driving to in person meetings/check-ins is required.

Qualifications:

• Project managements experience highly preferred
• Program monitoring experience highly preferred
• Must be able to travel to in person meetings across the state

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
