The Program Specialist will play a vital role in sustaining AidKit's mission of delivering accessible and dignified cash aid and benefits. After new programs are launched by our design and build teams, the Program Specialist will take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring programs run smoothly and efficiently.
This role involves managing multiple programs simultaneously, maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients, and overseeing the financial aspects of programs, including invoicing, reconciliation, and funding balance tracking. The Program Specialist will also identify and implement process optimizations to ensure ease and effectiveness for program partners and a seamless experience for aid recipients.
You are a detail-oriented and highly organized professional who thrives in managing complex workflows and ensuring operational excellence. You bring a collaborative approach to problem-solving and can confidently juggle multiple responsibilities across programs without missing a beat.
Your interpersonal skills enable you to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, ensuring that communication is clear and expectations are met. You are comfortable identifying and implementing small process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

For this full-time position, you can work from anywhere in the United States. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000.
