    Job Description

    This role will work with our internal Marketing Technology team in ensuring our clients, the Sports CRM/Email Marketing and SportsNext Marketing Operations teams, are getting everything they need from a project deliverability standpoint. This individual should be an expert in planning, tracking, maintaining accountability, and managing resources to deliver project(s) successfully for our client. This person should be very marketing/consumer data-driven, passionate, and have experience with being able to drive technical teams to execute these fast-paced business engagements/projects.

    To ensure success as a project manager for the marketing technology team, you should be knowledgeable about the various Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions – data extensions, cloud pages, journeys, etc. —and skilled at leveraging the talents of your development team to provide potential solutions alongside them.

    Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Prioritizing tickets and project requests from clients within JIRA.
    • Ensuring that the tech team & business clients are producing quality tickets that adhere to the pre-defined SLAs.
    • Assessing risks, opportunities, deliverables, and threats for projects.
    • Ensuring all goals, tasks, and plans of development for projects are delivered on-time & 100% in scope.
    • Liaising with clients and leadership about timelines and project objectives.
    • Guiding and mentoring the Marketing Technology team in developing and achieving project outcomes.
    • Manage and track external vendor hours/contracts.
    • Assist in developing metrics for each project to determine paths to success.
    • Maintain/update the CRM Project Roadmap
    • Adding/updating weekly activities for all major projects and deliverables within Airtable
    • Tracking and reporting of Salesforce Super Messages consumed across multiple business units for leadership each month.
    • Running compliance automations for multiple business units and updating OneTrust tasks
    • Communicating and acting as the point of contact for clients.
    • Conduct regular project meetings with the Marketing Technology team and stakeholders/clients.
    • Maintain and updating our wiki and SharePoint to log documentation.
    • All other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Product/Project Management, Technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • 3+ years’ experience in project management leading and managing complex, multi-faceted projects, ideally within marketing, CRM, or technology sectors. Experience working in high-paced environments with tight deadlines and rapidly changing requirements is essential.
    • Experience with JIRA/Confluence for project tracking, ticket management, and reporting, as well as Confluence for documentation, team collaboration, and sharing knowledge. The ability to prioritize tickets, define and implement workflows, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) is critical. _ (They will log the ticket and record time)_
    • 1+ year of experience with maintaining/managing a wiki.
    • Experience with Project Management Tools; ideally AirTable.
    • Ability to assess project risks, identify potential opportunities or obstacles, and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions. Must have experience in resolving project challenges proactively and maintaining accountability across teams.
    • Organized and meticulous in your work. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle projects simultaneously, ensuring tasks tracked, deadlines are met and deliverable remain in the scope of time
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the candidate should be comfortable driving performance, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and influencing stakeholders and leadership.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present project updates, risks, and strategies to stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams. The candidate should be able to act as a liaison between clients, leadership, and the development team.
    • Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
    • Occasional travel to Stamford, LA, Minneapolis as needed

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extensions, cloud pages, journey builder, and other key tools, will be highly valued. Familiarity with other Salesforce tools (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics) is also a plus.
    • Business Intelligence (BI) experience, can perform data entry to update necessary related dashboards Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Analytics. Ideally, the candidate should be comfortable updating and maintaining dashboards, as well as interpreting data to inform project strategies.
    • Experience in Technical Marketing Operation/ Digital Marketing.
    • Experience with HTML/CSS familiarity with HTML/CSS to assist with front-end modifications on marketing technology projects, such as cloud pages, will be an added advantage

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
