Job Description: Serve as the primary liaison to the OHS product team, leading cross-functional Agile product teams. Responsible for managing all contractor personnel and driving continuous product discovery and delivery. The ideal candidate brings experience as a Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach within government or similar mission-driven environments. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise project staff and ensure Agile delivery processes are followed. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage competing priorities. • Communicate risks and align deliverables with product vision and user needs. Qualifications: • 5+ years in product management or Agile team leadership. • Familiarity with the U.S. Digital Services Playbook. • Experience in accessibility, usability, and human-centered design.
