Job Description
Qualifications
A high school diploma and relevant certification or associate degree in Media or Communications, or equivalent professional experience in a production, post-production or streaming service
1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment requiring troubleshooting, process skills, and exhibiting an ability to adapt to changing scenarios.
1+ years of experience in a job using computers and software applications including outlook applications (excel, outlook) and Google Docs.
1+ year experience in client facing customer service role
1+ year experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, and project management
Must be willing to work in a hybrid model, contributing from the office 3x per week, and understand that business needs may alter over time.
Must be willing to work in Englewood Cliffs, NJ or Los Angeles, CA
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, as needed depending on business need. Anticipated Hours (subject to change based on business need) Sunday-Thursday 1:00pm-9:30pm ET or 10am-6:30pm PT based on employee's work location.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
