Progressive Strategies and Solutions, LLC is a Florida-based Democratic political consulting firm, focused on fundraising for Statewide and National Democratic politics.

We work with Federal candidates and Super PACs, handling the fundraising arm for their campaigns.

We are seeking a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The right candidate would be responsible for creating an email marketing strategy focused list growth for all of our clients, along with overseeing the creation of content working alongside our communications team to achieve results, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand. 

Innovation and creativity are encouraged and welcomed in this position for subscriber and list growth. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing a strong subscribers base strategy across owned and earned channels.

• Have a strong background in email marketing, list growth and management.

• Rapid response communication with the rest of the team.

• Collaborate with all members of the Communications team to develop strategies and timelines, maximize efforts and brainstorm new ideas.

• Take a proactive approach to identify and develop integrated programs that capitalize on current success.

• Monitor and measure results, prioritizing efficiency and growth.
