Reporting to the Controller, you’ll play a critical role in migrating to QuickBooks Online and helping shape the department under recently promoted leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Manage vendor invoices & construction project billing
• Assist with financial analysis & system transition
• Use your strong Excel skills to streamline processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Accounting fundamentals & experience in a project-based or construction environment
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or similar software) & Excel
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
