    Duties and Responsibilities:

    · The primary objective of this position is an administrative support function with specialized tasks that contribute to the planning, preparation, organization, and maintenance of project duties and documentation. As Project Administrator, you will work closely with project managers, superintendents, the design team, and clients to ensure the highest possible level of customer service.

    · Following H. J. High’s protocol, set up and maintain logs and files that provide well-organized and easy access to essential documentation and key information.

    · Support a variety of exciting commercial construction projects located around the state of Florida

    · Prepare subcontract documents and forward for signatures utilizing DocuSign.

    · Coordinates with Project Manager to properly prepare for Project Closeout

    · Maintain Submittal Log in Procore to verify timely subcontractor and design team response

    · Responsible for obtaining and maintaining Certificates of Insurance per project requirements

    · Assists with filing NOC and Bonds, as necessary

    · Be fiscally responsible for, and understand the financial impact of the work. Bring issues forward that could improve or harm the company’s financial well-being on a project

    · Respond proactively to customer service needs, and technical support. Assist with Procore training for subcontractors and clients.

    To be a strong fit for our Project Administrator position, you will need:

    · Two years experience with commercial construction projects in a similar role

    · Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with the team, clients, and external project partners. Project a professional image of H. J. High Construction in all written communications

    · Critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, prioritizing, follow-up, social awareness, be well organized, and tolerate stress

    · Proficiency in MS. Office 365, BlueBeam, and Procore or similar Construction Management Software

    · Education Minimum – High School Graduate or equivalent

    · Ability to read and interpret documents such as plans and project specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    · Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities within established deadlines.

    · Address critical items with a sense of urgency

    · Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

    · Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

    · Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with widely diverse groups, including individuals at all levels both within and outside H. J. High Construction

    · Effective record keeping and document management
