    Responsibilities:

    • Work with project manager

    • Prepare start-up packages for the field superintendent.

    • Print drawings for site, always ensuring that the latest set is with the site super. Keep the subcontractors up to date with the latest plans.

    • Coordinate porta-potty, dumpsters

    • Follow up with subcontractors to ensure their insurance forms have been provided prior to the start of their scope.

    • Tracking and coordinating of project materials for example, restroom accessories,

    • Issue bid award emails to subs as provided by the PM.

    • Collect all submittals and provide them to the client, track accordingly

    • Daily check-in with the PM to ensure the project is running per schedule, and address any issues, accordingly

    • Close out documentation to be requested and collected, initial requests to subs needs to be coordinated per the project schedule

    • Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.

    • Strong knowledge of construction management and methods.

    • Strong knowledge of public works

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization

    • Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Based on experience
