Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work with project manager
Prepare start-up packages for the field superintendent.
Print drawings for site, always ensuring that the latest set is with the site super. Keep the subcontractors up to date with the latest plans.
Coordinate porta-potty, dumpsters
Follow up with subcontractors to ensure their insurance forms have been provided prior to the start of their scope.
Tracking and coordinating of project materials for example, restroom accessories,
Issue bid award emails to subs as provided by the PM.
Collect all submittals and provide them to the client, track accordingly
Daily check-in with the PM to ensure the project is running per schedule, and address any issues, accordingly
Close out documentation to be requested and collected, initial requests to subs needs to be coordinated per the project schedule
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
Strong knowledge of construction management and methods.
Strong knowledge of public works
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization
