Based in West Chester, PA, our team is over 50 strong—creative designers, skilled craftsmen, and dedicated administrators. As we grow, we’re looking for a Project Advisor to guide customers through each stage of their home remodel, helping us bring their visions to life.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    As a Project Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our signature experience to every customer. You’ll work directly with homeowners, designers, and architectural designers to ensure each project aligns with our high standards and exceeds our customers’ expectations.

    Essential Functions

    • Conduct initial phone calls with prospective customers and qualify leads who best fit our process
    • Host in-person meetings to discuss project details and explain our approach
    • Review preliminary project estimates with customers, guiding them through each phase
    • Prepare and maintain detailed documents throughout the design and development process
    • Collaborate with COCOON architectural designers and team members during surveys and design meetings
    • Oversee construction estimate updates and contract preparation as projects progress
    • Lead final contract meetings, ensuring customers have a simple and easy transition into production

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • Highly organized and able to manage time independently
    • Skilled communicator who can foster positive customer relationships
    • Proficient with technology (Buildertrend, Monday.com, CRM, MO365)
    • Holds honesty, integrity, and humility in high regard—willing to learn, grow, and admit mistakes
    • Takes pride in developing solutions that go beyond customer expectations

    Compensation 

    • $80,000 base salary with significant earning potential through commissions
