    Position Overview:

    Seeking a highly experienced Project Architect with 10 or more years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional architectural design skills, project management expertise, and a strong ability to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams. This role requires a proven track record in leading complex projects from conception through completion, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the architectural design and development of projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
    • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
    • Oversee and mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
    • Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and design reviews to inform project direction.
    • Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
    • Stay current with industry trends, codes, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation in design.

    Qualifications:

    • Professional degree in Architecture
    • Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in architecture and design.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects across various sectors.
    • Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
