As a Project Architect, you will guide projects from concept to completion, ensuring each design aligns with client goals and strengthens the communities we serve.     Your Contribution

    • Lead and manage the design vision for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and community impact.
    • Balance creative concepts with technical requirements to deliver high-quality, practical design solutions.
    • Develop, review, and manage detailed technical drawings to meet project requirements.
    • Coordinate across all design disciplines to ensure seamless design integration.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, ordinances, and regulatory requirements.
    • Partner and collaborate with the Project Manager to align design phases with project timelines and budgets.
    • Participate in client meetings to present design updates and gather feedback to ensure the client’s preferences and vision are incorporated into the final design.
    • Lead, mentor, and guide design professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.

    Your Qualifications

    • Registered Architect in the state of Texas (or eligible through reciprocity)
    • 5 years of experience in [Civic] architectural design
    • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and SketchUp.
    • Strong technical knowledge of building codes and regulatory processes.
    • Exceptional communication skills with a passion for client engagement.
    • Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring design teams.
