Project Architect

Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid| Direct Hire | $78k – $90k

Konik is partnering with a dynamic, well-established architectural firm that values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence, searching for a Project Architect. As a Project Architect, you will work on projects ranging from major institutions nationally to community-driven initiatives. This role offers opportunities for professional growth across private and public sector projects.

Project Architect Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with designers, managers, and team members on all project phases.
• Develop project documents within all phases of a project.
• Contribute to design concepts, details, and project presentations.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project execution aligns with design intent.
• Participate in firm-sponsored training, mentorship, and professional development.
• Engage in a flexible, collaborative work environment.

Project Architect Qualifications:

• Professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
• Licensed architect
• 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a solid understanding of architectural principles.
