    Bellevue, WA

    Our client, a leader in multifamily real estate development with nearly 35 years in the industry, is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their team. This role requires expertise in multifamily architectural design, zoning regulations, and building codes. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design solutions, technical expertise, and strong collaboration skills to drive project success.

    Project Architect Responsibilities

    • Create and manage construction/architectural documents in Revit.
    • Address zoning regulations and provide guidance on compliance.
    • Generate innovative design ideas and assist in presentations.
    • Organize and oversee architectural files and drawings.
    • Ensure timely completion of construction plans.
    • Coordinate site plans and review relevant zoning codes.
    • Participate in project meetings and assist with RFIs.
    • Review consultant work and verify ADA compliance.
    • Collaborate with external consultants and internal teams.
    • Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to company policies.

    Project Architect Qualifications

    • At least 7 years of experience as a professional architect.
    • At least 3 years designing 100+ unit multifamily projects.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent experience).
    • Licensed Architect in at least one U.S. state.
    • 4+ years of experience using Revit.
    • Expert knowledge of residential building codes and zoning regulations.
