Job Description

Project Consulting Group is actively hiring a Program Manager to lead clients and program teams through large highly visible initiatives. We are looking for “High Competence | High Character | Low Ego” leaders who are experienced, knowledgeable, passionate about their field, and eager to deliver value to our clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide program management leadership for all stakeholders involved with the program.
• Execute Strategic planning and implementation, resource capacity planning, training recommendations.
• Support leadership and executive steering committee in developing top-level strategic workforce analyses and plans that align with business objectives; identify mission critical competencies needed.
• Monitor project status and vendor performance; approve all deliverables and raise and resolve vendor performance issues.
• Complete all required reporting documentation and weekly status reports.
• Deliver and coordinate coaching, organizational development and leadership development initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience successfully leading organizations through challenging cultural/organizational/technology changes.
• Experience with vendor and risk management, program scheduling and resource planning.
• Demonstrated proficiency in effectively leading and influencing decision making at various levels of the organizations.
• Ability to handle changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and work within strict deadlines.
• Solid analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills; advanced statistical analysis and modeling knowledge.
