    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Coordinator to join our architectural design firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Senior Project Coordinator will work directly with clients, serving as the primary point of contact, and will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and project flow throughout all phases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the project team, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of the project, including design, engineering, and construction teams, to ensure that project goals are achieved.
    • Process Management: Oversee the flow of the project through various stages, including schematic design, design development, permitting, and construction documentation.
    • Problem Solving: Anticipate potential project challenges and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the firm's standards of quality and align with client expectations.
    • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met. Provide regular updates to the client and senior management.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and project updates.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
    • Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within an architectural design firm.
    • Strong understanding of architectural design processes, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and team dynamics.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction standards is a plus.
