  • Responsibilities

    Onsite at office 5 days per week, Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm- Office is in Castle Shannon. The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of painting projects. This position involves assisting project managers, coordinating schedules, managing resources, communicating with clients and painting crews, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. • 10 Days PTO, Sick, and Personal Time. • 6 Holidays Paid. • Company Vacation Christmas to New Year's. Responsibilities: • Assisting project managers with project planning and execution. • Coordinating and managing project schedules and timelines. • Managing project resources, including materials and equipment. • Serving as a point of contact for clients, painting crews, and other stakeholders. • Communicating project status, updates, and any issues to relevant parties. • Resolving project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in project management or a related field is often preferred. • Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the painting or construction industry. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in computer software, including Monday.com, Google Office Suite, and project management tools. • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. • Knowledge of painting processes, materials, and techniques is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Compensation: $52,000 - $65,000 yearly
