    The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing key administrative and operational tasks on active job sites. Responsibilities include project scheduling, equipment and dumpster coordination, vendor communication, jobsite safety documentation, permit and NESHAP filing, and bid tracking. Accuracy, follow-through, and daily availability are essential. This position can be full-time or part-time, depending on experience and availability. This is a critical support role — you’ll be handling scheduling, logistics, compliance paperwork, bid tracking, and vendor coordination. If you’re the kind of person who’s organized, detail-driven, and can keep things from falling through the cracks, this role could be a perfect fit. Responsibilities: What You’ll Handle: • Write and maintain project schedules • Schedule and coordinate dumpster swaps, equipment rentals, deliveries, and pickups • Prepare, submit, and track permits , NESHAP notifications , and asbestos surveys • Complete and maintain site safety documentation (JHAs, pre-task plans, site-specific safety docs) • Track and manage vehicle maintenance logs • Maintain the bid calendar , bid log, and assist with WLP (Win/Loss/Pending) tracking • Assist estimators with vendor research and getting quotes • Communicate with GCs, vendors, and inspectors to keep jobsite needs on track • Create and keep job files organized and updated. Digitally or hard paper files. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Super organized, reliable, and obsessed with accuracy • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks • Experience in demolition or construction coordination is a huge plus • Experience with NESHAP/asbestos notifications or permitting is an even bigger plus • Strong communication and follow-up skills — email, phone, vendors, subs • Comfortable with digital tools like Google Sheets, Buildertrend, and online permit portals • Based near the Glendale area (this is an in-person/office-based role) Compensation: $18 - $24 hourly
