Project Coordinator – What You Will Do
As our Project Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our field operations, working on everything from project kickoff to closeout. You'll play a critical role in coordinating all the moving parts of our electrical projects.
You will:
- Assist the Project Management team in project start-up through construction closeout
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and maintain project schedules
- Regularly assess project progress to ensure an accurate schedule throughout each phase of construction
- Proactively identify and communicate schedule challenges, risks, and conflicts offering corrective actions and innovative solutions
- Ensure that all required project-related documents including contracts, permits, and insurance are obtained and maintained on file
- Provide documentation and answer requests of clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Support project managers and the estimating team with administrative tasks, reporting, and schedule management
Project Coordinator – Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit
You have:
- Experience coordinating schedules for multiple teams and projects in construction, engineering or similar field
- Excellent organizational skills – You pride yourself on your accuracy and have proven experience in managing multiple projects effectively and accurately
- Flexibility and ability to pivot your priorities – You easily adapt to multiple changes and seamlessly shift priorities throughout the day with ease
- Comfort with working in MS Excel and Google Sheets – you take pride in your skills and consider yourself advanced (Vlookups)
- Ability to work in office daily in Rancho Cordova, California (schedule is set from 8am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday)
- You might have experience managing commercial and industrial electrical projects
This role is 100% in office in Rancho Cordova, California.
Project Coordinator – Benefits and Pay for You
- Your compensation will be $70,000 annually
- 40 hours of annual Sick leave
