    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team! As a project coordinator, you will be working closely with the lead project manager, accounting, superintendent(s), client(s), subcontractor(s), and vendor(s) in order to ensure the success of the project. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent time management skills, can multitask and is able to prioritize as needed. Administrative experience, and use of construction data management software is preferred.

    Responsibilities

    Directly assist the project manager in all necessary tasks from point of sale to completion for assigned projects

    Deal directly with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors throughout the life of the project

    Create, manage and track RFI’s (request for information), submittals, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders

    Be sure that all project documents are properly stored and organized as required

    Work with the project manager and accounting team to manage client, contractor and vendor invoices

    Manage close out processes/documentation

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required, associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe and Teams

    QuickBooks online knowledge is a plus, not required

    Procore Knowledge is plus, not required

    Hourly Rate - $18 - $22 - based on experience.
