    Job Description:

    MCPC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of project management principles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful project execution.
    • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all parties.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments.
    • Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
    • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts. Escalate critical issues to management as needed.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
    • Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Ensure optimal utilization of resources to achieve project goals.
    • Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Associates Degree, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Skills:
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Knowledge of IT device services is a plus
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
