    Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Stoneham, MA 02180 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $49,920 - $58,240 per year

    We are looking for a talented, outgoing, and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team! This is an immediate hire for a key position within our company. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating painting projects, working closely with and facilitating communication between various departments (Operations, Sales & Estimation, Human Resources, and Finance and the field). You will be directly responsible for communicating with clients. You will monitor project budgets, seek approval for additional work, and oversee coordination efforts. Project Coordinators work hand in hand with the field supervisors to ensure every aspect of running the job from set up and scheduling to the final bill runs smoothly. Ensuring the daily and weekly schedule is complete and accurate is your responsibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Facilitating communication is the number one responsibility of the Project Coordinator

    Collaborate with the Estimating and Sales departments to set up new projects across systems

    Communicate project details directly with clients and work to maintain strong client relationships

    Track project scopes and budgets to ensure alignment with expectations and effectively communicate them to Field Supervisors

    Submit authorization requests for additional work orders

    Work with the Operations Director to schedule employees for daily projects

    Track daily progress across all jobs

    Close projects, advise on project details, and pass to billing department

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    Strong project management skills

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Coordination or a related field

    Strong time management and multitasking capabilities

    Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities

    Exceptional organizational skills

    Keen attention to detail is essential

    Degree in Project Coordination, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a similar role

    Effective written and verbal communication skills (English)

    Proven history of leadership, ownership, and accountability

    Deadline-driven with a focus on detail

    Strong Interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

    Thrives in a fast-paced environment

    Proven history of problem solving skills

    Preferred Skills:

    Proficiency in Gmail Suite

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Proficiency in Smartsheets is a plus

    Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus

    Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

    8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

    Relocation Requirements:

    Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Stoneham, MA before starting

    On-site position (Remote or hybrid work options are not available)
