Project and Office Manager
Real Estate Investment/Development firm is seeking an Office Manager-Project Coordinator for the St Augustine, FL office. This is a great opportunity to get involved in all areas of project management. You will work cross functionally across multiple departments collaborating with marketing, legal, asset management, accounting, and other project coordinators keeping projects streamlined and adhering to deadlines. This is a highly visible role so must be confident and assertive.

What you need:
3-5 years administrative support experience ideally out of real estate or legal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe. Familiarity with third party software preferred (i.e.: Bluebeam, OneDrive, ShareFile, SmartWeb, Cobblestone).
• Demonstrated experience of understanding and drafting a complete scope of work from a proposal.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and project timelines. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; skilled at listening to needs and translating to workable solutions.
