    Job Description

    The Class is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support cross-functional marketing and creative projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in structuring tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. This is a part-time position ideal for a solution-oriented person who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at problem-solving.

    This role offers growth potential, with opportunities to expand your hours and take on additional responsibilities as projects scale. You'll have a direct impact on the success of high-visibility campaigns and promotions while collaborating with a passionate, creative team in a dynamic environment. This role reports to the Director of Project Management.

    What you’ll do:

    • Project Coordination: Structure and assign tasks across marketing and creative teams, ensuring alignment with deadlines and priorities.

    • Calendar Management: Maintain and optimize marketing/promotional calendars, tracking deliverables and dependencies.

    • Task Automation: Generate and assign recurring tasks using tools like Asana, ensuring clarity and accountability.

    • Resource Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Project Management to forecast resourcing needs and timelines for campaigns, promotions, and projects.

    • Operational Support: Assist the Director of Project Management with day-to-day tasks, including follow-ups, status updates, and administrative duties to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.

    Compensation:

    This is a New York based part-time position with a starting pay rate of $25 per hour.

    • Balanced in self-motivation and excellent communication skills, able to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.

    What you’ve done:

    • 1- 2 years in administrative support, scheduling, or task tracking

    • 1-2 years in assisting in documentation and/or meeting logistics

    • Flexible schedule to balance the support of multiple deadlines and shifting priorities within limited hours

    • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Monday.com) is a plus.

    • Familiarity with marketing workflows or creative production processes is preferred.
