Position: Project Coordinator

Reports to: Operations Manager

Managing systems and knowing where projects are at are essential to smooth operations and the health growth of a business. This role is the “heart” of the operation information in and out internally and externally.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Support, facilitate, and coordinate the work of multiple reconstruction and contents jobs

Serve as primary point of contact with insurance adjusters and customers

Provide timely project status updates

Maintain project work schedules and files

Facilitate customer warranty and satisfaction surveys

Secure client payments
