    PROJECT COORDINATOR

    The project coordinator position is a support role for our production and selection departments. In this role, you are responsible for accurate data entry of critical project information.     Production Manager

    DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS

    PRODUCTION

    Update project schedules with each field supervisor on a daily basis

    Verify status of construction schedule items to serve as a check and balance before tasks are marked complete.

    Update BT schedule for each active production project with accuracy up to 3 weeks into the future

    Create initial purchase orders for new projects

    Assign and verify trade partners have confirmed schedule items up to 3 weeks into the future

    Advise production managers of potential delays that would result in a project exceeding the substantial completion date

    Review and classify activity codes in the BuilderTrend Cost Inbox feature

    Actively collaborate in conjunction with project developer, production manager, and field supervisors to acquire and properly file trade partner bids

    Review selection cards and purchase orders for accuracy and report discrepancies to project outfitter & production manager

    Finalize production schedule detailing including assignment of trade partners and linking of associated purchase orders to the schedule items

    Assist production manager and field supervisors with entry of change order pricing and details

    Schedule warranty service appointments

    Sources materials and provide price quotes as needed

    Initiate and manage material returns, ensuring credits are issued

    SELECTIONS

    Entry of detailed selections in BuilderTrend

    Add selection cards in BuilderTrend

    Add photos of selections to each design choice

    Add links to products to each design choice

    Add pricing to to each design choice per estimate and or available quotes

    Follow up with client to ensure selections are made by the deadlines needed to start the project on time and finish on time

    Update BuilderTrend selections with the following information; expected arrival date, location of the item, and information related to delivery and backorder status

    Review job running totals to ensure accuracy of selection financials

    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum 2 year remodeling construction experience

    College associates or bachelors degree

    Construction trades experience

    Corporate purchasing experience

    Familiarity and or capacity to master project management software applications. Experience with BuilderTrend is preferred

    Strong and clear verbal and written communication

    Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft suite (word documents, spreadsheets, email)

    Minimum 2 years service oriented background or similar experience

    Detail oriented

    Transportation and clean driving record
