    About the Position The Project Coordinator position is responsible for facilitating and managing sign projects from inception to completion while maintaining a strong working relationship with our FASTSIGNS National customers, FASTSIGNS franchisees, and our vendors. Project Coordinators are expected to adhere to the highest level of customer service to all parties involved with the completion of specific projects.

    Essential Functions

    Work closely with our largest national account to maintain a spreadsheet of orders to coordinate installation dates.

    Maintain current jobs statuses in project management software with notes, correct contact information, and all necessary documents needed to track and complete the job.

    Competitively bid projects as needed to ensure that clients are receiving the best prices.

    Competencies

    Customer Focused Communication Skills (verbal and written)

    Adobe and Excel Proficient

    Highly Organized and able to Multi-task

    Proficient Math Skills (percentages, fractions, decimals)

    Typing 50 WPM

    Education and Experience

    High School Diploma

    1-2 years in an office environment

    Some Project Coordination and/or sign experience preferred

    Supervisory Responsibility

    This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

    Work Environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers,smartphones, video conferencing, webinars, phones, photocopiers, printers, filing cabinets, shredding and fax machines.

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to walk, talk, see and hear. And lift up to 20 pounds.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time, non-exempt position of at least 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

    Travel

    This position requires minimal to no travel. Any travel would be primarily local during business days, although occasional out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected based on individual job responsibilities.
