What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate with Impact: Oversee job files from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication and impeccable tracking.
Be a Problem-Solver: Handle customer calls, monitor job progress, and perform audits to keep everything on track.
Create and Review: Draft preliminary estimates, manage documentation, and ensure all client requirements are met with precision.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or office role, with a preference for experience in the commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance/service industries.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with Xactimate or similar software is a plus.
Education: High School Diploma/GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
