Landscape Construction Company looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing organization. The position duties and responsibilities include the following;
Attend project meetings, support administrative activities, review and furnish submittals and approvals, review, track and follow up on procurements, communicates all necessary information and documentation to vendors, subcontractors and our clients, The position is ultimately responsible for supporting the Project Manager and their goals to bring a project in on time, within budget and with a quality finished product.
Schedule Monday through Friday, Typical work week 40 hrs.
Required Skills and Experience
Comprehensive understanding of finance, accounting and basic contracting.
1-3 Years in Construction related position, Preferred
Excellent customer services skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
Highly analytical thinking and strong organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Previous experience working in a similar position.
Bachelors' Degree in Construction Management, Procurement, Finance or related field.
Comprehensive understanding of Sage Contractor 100 Accounting Software.
