We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in the successful execution of our projects.

    Job Summary: The Construction Project Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of construction projects. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope and budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with project and construction managers, interior and architectural designers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

    Assist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation.

    Assist in procuring materials, equipment, and permits necessary for project execution.

    Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

    Coordinate and schedule meetings, inspections, and deliveries.

    Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.

    Assist in promptly addressing and resolving project-related issues or conflicts.

    Maintain organized project files and records.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field (preferred).

    1 year of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.

    An understanding of construction processes, terminology, and documentation.

    Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).

    Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

    Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
