Job Responsibilities:
Utilize 3-5 years of software development project management experience to effectively manage and oversee project tasks.
Apply critical thinking skills to complete needs assessments, assist in determining the best programs and interventions for the region, and develop comprehensive implementation plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish formal meeting schedules, determine attendees, and revise as necessary; facilitate meetings using innovative techniques to ensure maximum participation.
Negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum and stakeholder satisfaction.
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure efficiency in performing duties and adherence to processes and practices across counties.
Coordinate and balance the goals and objectives of the project with the needs, abilities, and priorities of community partners.
Leverage experience with SaaS/PaaS based software development projects to enhance project outcomes.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to report findings to community partners, assist in interpreting data, and determine subsequent steps.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of MS Office Products, including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI/Tableau, and Visio.
Provide support in writing reports and manuscripts, meeting minutes, communication plans, meeting agendas, developing presentations, and creating other materials as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare or equivalent experience.
Experience implementing new programs or interventions is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conceptualize and map processes within a system or agency to illustrate the flow of information or services and identify data collection points.
