    Summary of Responsibilities

    As our Project Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, managing client experience from identifying and qualifying potential clients through to project completion. Your responsibilities will include selling development agreements, guiding the design process, preparing proposals and pricing alongside the design team, closing construction agreements, and seamlessly transitioning projects to our production team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to showcase your sales acumen, collaboration skills, and ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.     Essential Functions

    • Maintain a professional demeanor representing Custom Craft as a leader in the industry
    • Actively manage sales activities to generate new project leads.
    • Follow up promptly with sales leads and qualify prospects.
    • Coordinate and conduct comprehensive sales meetings.
    • Establish project objectives based on client needs and constraints.
    • Manage project development timeline and communications with clients.
    • Coordinate design meetings and assist with documentation.
    • Assist in creating project estimates and specifications.
    • Facilitate value engineering to meet client objectives.
    • Coordinate pre-construction meetings and project handoffs.
    • Maintain regular client communications throughout construction phases.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and participate in networking and educational opportunities.
    • Fulfill other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • Sales aptitude a must; Sandler Sales training a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
    • Provide your own transportation for client meetings and job site travel.
    • Ability to read blueprints and understand building construction materials and methods.
    • Demonstrated successful sales experience in design/construction or related industries.

    Compensation

    • $100,000+ based on base salary and commissions
    • 6 paid holidays per year
    • PTO – 10 days per calendar year
    • 100% of individual’s Health Insurance
    • 401K with 3% match

    • Sales aptitude is a must; Sandler Sales training a plus.
