    Job Summary

    We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Project Engineer/Assistant Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will help oversee all aspects of the construction of a Multi-Family Apartment project and ensure they progress on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate should be familiar in Multi Family building methods and have a good base of knowledge and eagerness to learn more and go to the next level. Candidate should have good reliable transportation and be willing to work in the Foothills and Denver Metro Area.

    Responsibilities

    Assist in management of all aspects of the construction project

    Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations

    Assist in scheduling key deliverables and milestones

    Assist in estimating costs and keeping the project within budget

    Assist in Coordinating subcontractors and outside contractors

    Assist in tracking RFI's and Change Orders

    Communicate with subcontractors proactively regarding potential conflicts in constructability

    Proactively identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Project Engineer and or Assistant Superintendent preferred

    Good understanding of construction management methods and processes

    Good work ethic and Reliability

    Works well with others

    Knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes

    Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills a plus

    Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project

    Ability to break large projects into small steps
