What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing commercial and federal construction projects from start to finish.

• Coordinate between field crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

• Track project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.

• Solve real-time challenges and contribute to project success.

What We’re Looking For:

• A go-getter with a passion for construction and a drive to learn.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in construction project support or coordination.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to pass drug and background checks (No DUIs/DWIs in the past 5 years, no felonies).
