    Job Summary for Project Engineer - Mission Critical Construction:
    As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Managers in the successful execution of a Data Center project, particularly focusing on electrical construction. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project documentation is up-to-date, and assisting in the management of project schedules, budgets, and resources. This position is ideal for a candidate with a solid background in construction engineering, particularly in electrical systems, who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic and challenging environment.

    Key Responsibilities for Project Engineer - Mission Critical Construction:

    • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and finalizing data center construction projects with a focus on electrical systems.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication.
    • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure project requirements are met.
    • Support the development and management of project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved on time.
    • Monitor project budgets and assist in controlling costs through effective resource management.
    • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
    • Assist in resolving any project-related issues, such as delays, conflicts, or technical challenges.
    • Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes by providing technical expertise and insights.
    • Collaborate with the Project Management team to identify and implement process improvements for future projects.

    Qualifications for Project Engineer - Mission Critical Construction:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in construction project engineering, preferably with a focus on electrical systems.
    • Knowledge of electrical systems and components, particularly in large-scale commercial or industrial projects such as data centers.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM).
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
