About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Estimator to join our team at EverLine Coatings - S Orange County in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. This role will be integral in helping us provide top-notch coating solutions for asphalt and concrete to our clients in the Southern Orange County area.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely project estimates

Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements

Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare estimates

Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing

Assist in the development of project proposals

Requirements:

Previous experience as a project estimator in the construction in asphalt and concrete industry

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools
