Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is seeking a Restoration Estimator/Sales Representative in the Ft. Meyers, FL area.

Restoration Estimator/ Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary $40K + DOE, Tiered Commission Structure

The Restoration Estimator/Sales Representative is responsible for creating high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of restoration services. Facilitate the timely and profitable estimate of all services required to rapidly return customer’s property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs and downtime following property damage.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Estimating for up-front/ good faith estimate
• Creating accurate and profitable job estimates.
• Closing the sale with the customer.
• Communicating with customers as needed during the project.
• Communicating with insurance representatives as needed in order to serve the clients needs and close the sale.
• Collecting and Maintaining Documentation for the project including (but not limited to) moisture readings, psychometrics, photos, reports, etc.
• Sales and Marketing to referral partners.
• Assisting in development of processes and procedures.
• Maintaining tools, vehicles and equipment.
• Customer satisfaction. As well as other standard duties as part of a water damage and mold remediation company, including on call shifts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years Xactimate Experience
• 3+ Years Restoration Sales Experience
• Strong written/verbal communication & Organizational Skills
• Aptitude for technology with experience in industry specific software such as DASH, MicA, Encircle, etc.
• Clean driving record & background check
