    Description: Join Cooper Tacia General Contracting, a trailblazer in commercial and industrial construction. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Executive to lead our ambitious project teams. As a Project Executive, you will oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, driving growth and pursuing new project opportunities. Your leadership will be crucial in managing and mentoring teams of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.     Responsibilities:

    · Build and lead your own project teams, collaborating with the business development team to drive new growth and expand opportunities. Ensure your teams are equipped to handle all aspects of project execution and client interaction.

    · Work directly with the business development team to drive new growth and expand opportunities. Participate in the development of proposals and presentations to secure new projects. Actively seek out new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s portfolio.

    · Manage project financials, including budget development, cost control, and financial reporting. Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet financial targets. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

    · Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders. Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are met throughout the project lifecycle. Foster long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

    · Lead and mentor teams of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field required. Master’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.

    · Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on industrial and commercial projects.

    · Experience running Commercial Construction projects values at $40+ Million or more.

    · Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

    · Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

    Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $180,000- $200,000 Base + $20,000 sign on bonus + Performance based bonus of 12% of annual Salary. Benefits:
