    FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fulfill our Project Executive position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company located in Denham Springs, LA servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.     Job Summary The Project Executive will help facilitate our customer service objectives and lead their team in the daily activities with FMM's values and mission in the forefront. They are responsible for leading the project team through all phases of the project, from initiation through closure. The Project Executive will manage the completion of construction projects throughout the nation and will require occasional travel. Construction projects could include but are not limited to: residential remodels/small projects, commercial building renovations, and multi-family/student housing renovations.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)

    Make decisions using the 5 values of FMM as your guide: Quality, Teamwork, Pride, Passion, and Integrity

    Oversee the management of day-to-day operations of any projects assigned to your team

    Ensures all safety requirements are met with each job site, monitoring safety performance of direct reports as well as subcontractors and vendors when applicable

    Oversee and manage the financial progress of each project, including contractual obligations, pay schedule, work in progress schedules

    Documents employee performance, for direct reports, throughout the year and communicates action with employee for implementation

    Adheres to operating procedures to ensure staff is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible

    Ensures training objectives are met for all staff within stated timeframe

    Ensures all assigned employees are actively participating in department goals

    Organizes and leads weekly toolbox talks at each jobsite

    Ensures client contract compliance is upheld

    Maintains communications with clients when necessary

    Orients new co-workers and actively supports teamwork throughout the company

    Participates in corporate and team meetings

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    A bachelor degree in Construction Management or 5 years of construction management experience

    Knowledge of both residential and commercial systems

    Experience in contractor accounting systems such as CMiC or similar

    Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Suite

    Ability to perform construction related tasks in the field if needed

    Excellent problem solving skills

    A take initiative mindset

    A strong focus on customer relations

    Excellent leadership skills

    Valid drivers license and clear driving record

    Ability to pass a drug screen

    Ability to travel is required

    Physical Requirements:

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time

    Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening

    Mental Requirements:

    Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.

    Must have the ability to talk and communicate effectively with management/supervision.

    Reading and writing comprehension are necessary for giving and receiving directions to perform work and our safety policy.

    Must be able to work at various tempos and concentrate amid distractions.

    Decision making skills necessary.

    Detail-oriented; must be able to remember, examine, and observe details
