Project Executive – Construction
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership or executive role within the construction industry
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business
Excellent decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
In-depth construction knowledge and a strong, established network in the industry
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee TI and ground-up construction projects across hospitality, mixed-use, industrial, retail, restaurant, and office markets
Serve as a strategic leader, collaborating with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Work closely with executive leadership and Florida offices to implement company-wide strategies and maintain strong client relationships
Act as a key face of the company, making high-level decisions, fostering client trust, and driving long-term business growth
Guide and support sales and marketing teams with technical insight and project expertise to align with overall business objectives
