    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of complex K-12 or healthcare construction projects.

    • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
    • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
    • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery, applying cutting-edge construction methodologies and technology.
    • Mentor and develop project management teams, fostering a culture of leadership and accountability.
    • Support business development efforts by cultivating client relationships and contributing to proposal development.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale K-12 or healthcare construction projects.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
    • Exceptional communication and client management abilities.
    • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
